Return policy 

Thank you so much for shopping with us/ your interest in shopping with us! We advise that you please read all of the policies before purchasing. It is your responsibility as the customer to be fully informed before making a purchase. If you have any questions before purchasing please email us at lillyrose.apparel@gmail.com and we will get back to you within a 24 hour period for your convenience. Things to consider before purchasing from LILLYROSE:

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Items that are being sent out for store credit or exchanges must be sent out within 14 days after recieving the merchandise (The date marked as delivered by your carrier) 
  • All items being returned for an exchange or store credit must be in the same condtion when it was recieved, no damaged items will be accpeted, all items are inspected before they are sent out, items must be unworn, with tag, and unwashed.
  • We do not accept exchanges on any promotional items, items purchased with a discount code, sale items, accessories, white clothing and bodysuits. All of these items are final sale- no exceptions. 
  • We do not honor refunds but we do offer store credit only.

Store Credit

  • Store credit is non- transferable 
  • All returns are processed for a store credit of the purchase price and it does not include the shipping charge. All shipping  fees are excluded from merchandise credit when you return an item.
  • Store credit will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Maintain your tracking number.
  • Your store credit is issued after your return is scanned "pick up"
  • Store credit does not expire
